I agree with og, this removes the query I had about their financial situation. Shouldn't have to raise any more money now for a while given that they will get more cash when options fall due next March.
It always hurts a bit as a shreholder to miss out on an issue discounted to the market but this way is quick and easy and allows the executive to get on with the job.
We will get out rewards in capital appreciation in due course. Like OG I am impressed that they managed to sell the deal to Hong Kong and UK instos, though lets face it the money they are raising is kids pocket money in those markets.
Good though all the same and reflects well on the networks of the new mangement.
