If the price was being capped I would have thought the sell side would have been stacked and those sell orders rotated as they're getting closer to being taken out.
The sellers will soon enough be exhausted, even more rapidly when we see some decent volume. Give it time, the share price will soon enough "rocket" to it's true worth.
