Black_hole yes it takes time but if you say the gap is going to close then you still make the money why pay in the case of 100,000 shares at the 2 prices previously quoted 17.5c and 22.5c. Why pay $22,500 if the gap is going to close. So either the option price will move up to 21c and you have made money or the share will move down to 19c and you have saved money. either way the option is the better way to get into the company. and especially if you are buying for the long term and in the scheme of things what is 2/3 weeks.
