This company is dead in the water. It is, in it's current configuration, almost nine years old and after soaking up close to $35M in investor money has still not shown any reward. It's sole "product" is a form of voicemail reliant on a crumbling partner.
It has by any objective measure very little in the bank, it's latest "prospect" has just suffered one of the most disruptive and very public IT failures in memory, it has no demonstrable product and owes well over a million dollars with no reasonable explanation of how it can service it.
I can assure you that none of whom you refer to as trolls have any interest in throwing their money at NOR but they do have an interest in holding people to account.
