Question about options.
Strike price of 20c means I can use 1 option to buy 1 share for 20c, regardless of what that share is trading at currently.
Now lets ERJ sits at 20c. How come the option is worth something (lets say 1c or 2c). I mean I could just buy the share at 20c, right?
What do you expect the options to trade at in the beginning?
