it looks like it. Record date likely to fall while stock is suspended from trade, meaning that it appears you have to grab the stock by Monday 20 Nov to get the free options. Could be a very interesting day of trade that day. I personally think this is a very exciting company, and come 2016, the 20c options will be a very cheap way to further your holdings.
