If they are as dodgey as you think then you can bet your bottom dollar that they will be striving to get the SP at minimum 100% over the ex price to make the remuneration transaction worth while... He should only receive the remuneration on share performance....That is what share holders should be voting on... He can pick his figure 2mil 5mil 10mil....But let the shareholders determine where he has to get the share price holding for a period of time before he gets his reward...
