I am not sure how the merchants would stand though if they could provide "proof of delivery" to the client.

I am not privy as to how deliveries are made by this company,or what authorization agreements they may have with their provider but it may not be a problem.

I am reluctant to say more in a public forum but I think you get my drift.

I did run a mail order business at one time and I had not one default.

I am replying simply to put another side.

I do hold ASC but that is not my motivation in this post.

I also hold TMS.
