To put the otherside, one of my ventures was selling anti-cellulite pills in America (from Italy via OZ) which after featuring on their Good Morning America show saw orders in excess of $20K and 45k hits to the website every day ... after a month I was receiving between $5k-$10K a day in chargebacks ... a situation I could do nothing about ... product gone plus chargeback costs ... I did survive the experience and am now very savvy about online marketing ... anyway .. I only raised it to see what ASC had done to turn the situation around ...
