re: going down.... Good thread but from memory, ASC's big charge back problem had something to do with the outsourcing of their billign system. There were a few announcements along the lines of "the problem has been rectified" with bringing it in-house.

I would assume that the charge back problem is still there but to a much lesser extent. i forget the orginial percentage, but it was huge - enough to turn a million dollar/quarter profit into a loss. Now presumably it is still there but managed properly.
