From memory I think you are correct ... with regard to "bringing it in house" ... however ... I would be a bit suss about how this exactly changed things.. being the adult industry and all (you know the type of clientele etc would be the same as before) ... if I were a shareholder I would probably drop them a line saying something like...

I am delighted to see the turnaround in your profits but being an online marketer myself am perplexed at how you could reduce the volume of chargebacks as successfully as you have done. Would it be possible to advise me how much the percentage of chargebacks has dropped over the past 12 months since you were making the previous losses (which isn't detailed in you annual report) and what measures have been implemented to stop them resurfacing ?

If you were to get a reply I think we would all be very interested as it would set a few minds at rest... and eliminate any doubt ...
