the free options are a device to give incentive to the MRCOA holders to exercise the options by paying 25cents. MRCOA expire the end of May so if you can get them for less than 5cents they are worth buying and paying the 25c to convert to MRC's which are trading at 31c and then go for the ride to see what happens or sell the MRC's when you get the new free options, or sell the free options when you get them.
