They have extensive knowledge, experience and a track record in the area of sales and servicing customers with management products. Canning IMO is an expert in this arena and his title is more relevant to Sales Manager than CEO. However, that is my opinion.
The new chairman has clearly indicated with deeds/action, that they are about growth and developing a company with a range of relevant products to streamline the modern-day company.
There are many elements lining up for this organisation. New markets, an infusion of switched on executives to the team.
Plus a change of culture. You can smell it in the air. This new chairman wants to build a company with clout in Asia/Australia
Their acquisitions have been quality and they are continuing on this path along with looking for a substantial collaboration. That means a serious build/association with the right type of offer.
Revenue in the millions, cashed-up, no debt. FINANCIALS ARE STRONG
