From bedger’s comments the problem isn’t giving away the product, the problem is that the trial group needs to have experienced unsuccessful treatment with corticosteroids, and the blind trial means one group will simply get more corticosteroids rather than Ortho-ATI. If 100% of the group was getting Ortho-ATI I suspect there wouldn’t be a problem.
