I am not especially understand the takeover process, just check the takeover panel, it says the bider statement need to submit ASIC first and then stakeholders, but not mentioned the intention takeover announcement, not sure the takeover discussion need to announce. If the Chinese group have a early communication about the takeover with the board before the free incentive shares for Matthew ( financial adviser), probably a disaster to the company?
