The free shares were agreed to at the last AGM so well before an announcement and the attaching options issued at 7c so I'd find it hard to believe that anything like this would have been contemplated at that time.

but when did goldsea start talking to AME? 1 month ago, 6 months ago etc. Hence, discussions could have taken place well before the AGM!
