per my earlier post I'd assume given the language around this that has been used publicly that there had not been any meaningful discussion outside of "we'd like to make an offer" hence unsolicited, just another opinion and as per my other post the only person who really gets a say as far as the board goes at this point is the chair who holds 19 odd % until there is a raise and he gets diluted.
