hold on, i am actually sure it can be done by some electronics wizz but i think foxtel and the likes can detect it quite easily and from what i've heard they do follow through with criminal action these days.

it is possible there are some free to air channels though i wouldn't have a clue how you pick them up. Try Dicksmith or something.
