perhaps ----------- but, it transcends 'world' politics and fits into 'politics'

unfortunately - all of this toxic gas coming up from the fires burning the cesspit of America - affect all of us

I would probably say even MORE affects Australia than it does Europe. Europe is big enough to stand alone, -- Australia - had never stood alone and it's highly doubtful that it could - without a spectacular change in standard of living, lifestyle and quite possibly 1930's depression style economic collapse

if the world turns to shit - Oz really hasn't got much - without perhaps nationalising mining or similar

Australia 'think's it's wealthy - but, in reality - it's merely got several million way overpriced grass huts and nothing else

if there's a collapse of America - hmmmm, Oz has many changes. No military mate (which is true anyway, we just don't grasp the idea fully), no American investors, currency could go ---------pfffffffffft??? god knows where.

It's been for a long time that if America catches a cold - Australia sneezes

well, America may well have pneumonia and end up in intensive care - or in a hearse

imagine the pain potential for Australia?
