I tend to agree, Scoto. A civil uprising wouldn't have much chance against the power of the US military machine directed by their fool in chief, particularly since inserting his own generals. That said, a military coupe would be a hard ask, given >50% of personnel are derived from the boonies/red neck class (Trump supporters). Even so, if things really hot up we might see the military split down the center and a mass defection to the civil side of resistance, which would instigate an even more ugly and bloody struggle. In any case, I can't see any scenario involving Trump and his clown force to be a bloodless event in history - partnered by another 'Great Depression.'
