but turning their weapons against the general populace, simply because they are nearby, and deliberately attacking journalists is a clear breach of US constitution. even Trump supporters would have some passionate love and loyalty to the Constitution.
I get your point on the make-up of the forces involved...... yes more inclined to using weapons, more inclined to violence, more inclined to authoritarian "leadership" in the form of dictatorial rule. but would this still apply when shooting civilians, even with rubber missiles?
a split in the military is likely..... and this might be where a civil war begins.
