@pintohoo; Australia's super funds are largely 'invested' in the USA instead of in Australia. Our government needs to require them to reverse that - removing the need for investment from Americans altogether.
Our exports to the USA are worth bugga all and those impacted are mainly for the likes of GeeNaha - the loss of the cattle industry's exports to the USA would even allow native vegetation to recover throughout much of Nthn Australia ... bring it on!
It'd be even better if AUKUS is cancelled and so too those stupid F35s, army tanks & choppers. We've nothing to gain by fighting wars the USA starts.
As for the bit about the USA and catching a cold, in reality it's our major trading partner [China] that's likely to cause Australia lots of economic pain!
