To think that the board of an australian public company would stoop to such tactics speaks volumes about corporate australia. In my opinion this has got to be one of the most despicable gutless acts.
RNl, I am not a shareholder in the company in question nor will I ever be but it will be an honour to contribute financially to assist in defending these people against this (in my opinion) sickening abuse of power.
Time to put our money where our mouths are people. Let's not stand by and watch this travesty. It's not every day we get the opportunity to stand up and be counted. This legal action needs to be slapped down and slapped down hard.
