Why would the song "Kung Fu fighting" offend anyone as it's pretty complimentary to kung fu practitioners, whatever race they may be? And why should anyone care if it does "offend" anyone anyhow? The person "offended" is doing it to themselves, they are choosing it according to their psychological make up, in other words a person can't be offended against their will, which is the whole basis for the PC mentality.The right to free speech trumps someones desire to not be offended, especially as it is impossible to know beforehand if someone will be offended or not.
As Orwell pointed out in "Animal Farm" all the animals were equal but some were more equal than others, similarly only some offended are "worthy", for others it is a case of cop it sweet.
