    As I’ve pointed out in the past, Pell’s case had suppression orders. Had someone reported on what was suppressed, they’d be charged with contempt. Had that person been walking around with a suspended sentance hanging over their head, they’d be sent to jail. Firstly for the suspended sentence, then for then for the new contempt of court charge.

    Judges and magistrates use suppression orders all the time. I really can’t see what you cannot understand about them?
