By inference the split would be something close to:
IPO = 20%
KOR retain = 40%
In specie to KOR shareholders = 40%

with around 30m share, that would mean a KOR share value @ $1+ & an additional $1 per share for the in specie

If it comes to pass, the market is currently giving money away @ 34 cents
