A few thoughts.....
I think the notes are a huge overhang on the stock. Increasing the total share count by well over 100% in years to come.
The balance sheet is still messy and there's all the class actions and legal suit.
This capital raising appears designed for the Perich's to make up for their lost capital. Ordinary SHs are left out in the cold again where they really should have the opportunity to participate if they so wish.
