    You are right that you have to take chances of collateral damage or else. Indeed I know of past instances where people called in airstrikes and artillery strikes on themselves due to being overrun. But this war against ISIS is different.....its crazy. There is no defined enemy, there is confusion as to who is allied with who against whom......its mad.

    I was just reading about the Turkish opposition leader mentioning that he believes Turkey is still supporting and arming ISIS.......and the factual admission that wounded ISIS are treated in Turkey and then allowed back into Syria to fight.
    So if Turkey supports ISIS, Turkey is an enemy of Australia, who is supposedly up there fughting ISIS.......or are we now also supporting ISIS on Mon, Wed, Friday, and fighting them on the rest? Crazy.
