Does this mean people from democratic countries can piss off "God_Prophets" but not "Government". One can express anyway their opinion about God but cannot behave or write against Government; for example Edward Snowden. Government has in the Law incorporated Clause of Censorship. This type of censorship was enforced by SH in his dictatorship.
