It seems that in Australia people including Hanson, Bolt, Credlin, Murray & members of the ACL can say whatever they like!
Others in Australia aren't so lucky and get slapped with penalties from their employers, get served with defamation actions and even worse.
I've no idea as to what was posted about the death of QE2 by Caitlin Moran but from the article below it appears that she's no right to even express her opinion.
