Lol... What the.... You can take our lives but you'll never take our... F.rreeeddoom.....

Well. Now that I've been wrapped on the knuckles for inappropriate use of the letter f I can get back to business as usual as what looks to have occurred to MDV's stock after a little down ramp turmoil on the HC front...

Well what can I say... The information from the Bird Cameron report was nothing new to most holders who bothered to read the last 10 years of annual reports. Especially the section covering the going concern... Every year has been the same its not unusual to see this in an R&D type company.. And it makes sense without additional funding how is the R&D going to occur... The increased risk factor here is that ASX guidelines place 12 month restrictions on raising capitol. The company has Sophs and so far indicated who are more than prepared to support the company financially especially at this time when a large product order is on the table and there's potentially only months from a turn around in cashflow.

Nonetheless the bird cameron report also gave a value of the share under the existing conditions and without consideration to future potential sales. Their forward comment had more to do with the global financial market than global business activity in the health care sector. Their value of MDV stock was 0.0063 to 0.0077 which is where it is trading presently after the fluffy recovery from a cautious sell off.. Well, on the basis of the going concern, to those who don't understand the market dynamics of an R&D company and who didn't read the going concern section of the last years of the Annuals, it wasn't surprising to see a small panic de-risk sell off...

If there are no signs of progress by Feb 2011 then I' be a little concerned with where the increased burn money was directed... The risks and possibilities of all scenarios are still on the cards . I guess the fact that management and directors et.al. related are tipping heavily into the hat to keep it operating tells you at least that they are optimistic on the future direction of the company... Me I'm just a pocket money investor who twists wires together to make a living, it'd be nice to see a return here but hey, this is the stock market not a flower shop...

Good luck to new and old holders... De-risk where you think you need to and don't forget to take profits... Cheers...
