I know (hope) we are near the bottom.
Cash is definitely king. I watched the vote on Firday night. The Dow was up 2.5%. As soon as it becamer apparent the bill was going to pass the Dow free fell to even and then down a bit.
If you have the cash as does Warren Buffet you can be a kid in the candy store.
Still think RES is good. Better than alot of other companies and assets I look at.
