I sold out after I received a response from M. Earle about B24/25 zones.

Basically it was very negative in my mind and these zones need some major gas pressures to justify building a gas plant, pipelines etc. If it's condensate even worse.

12 cents is now a real possibility if these next 3 zones miss.

Have now moved on!
