These occasions in my opinion, can be opportunities to make money if you are careful and try and tune in to the psychology of the average holder.
Firstly, and correct me if i am wrong, there has been no announcement.
You see a period of panic selling based upon a jittery market, and panic selling at any price then gives way to panic buying to get back in.
So if you can pick the low point, rather than panic sell in my opinion you buy more
