Before we all spend the day crying in our beer we should take note that Mauna Kea technologies is capitalised at 45 million euros after 15 years of development. The question is are we that far behind or could Optiscan be seen as soon being in front? I think the expectations of investors need to be balanced against the reality of developing a major scientific advance but when the rewards are finally delivered the share price results will be spectacular.
