$5k!!! Try $6B remembering Mitsubishi has committed $3B for 50% stake and we have the makings of an Australian landmark court action. MMX was/is nothing without Jack Hill, how did they aquire it, why did they pass it on to a private entity in Crosslands and issue equity to Barnes and Pinnacle?
While you assume MMX is an innocent party and has no case to answer do you assume the same of Barnes, Roberts, Grimali, Crosslands and Pinnacle. You can be assured that there is a squealer or even two amongst that lot and the squeals will be heard in the MMX HQ.
Regardless of what happens we at least have a first draft for a novel or screenplay.
