MPS has a holding in the Rimcorp property fund no 4. An offer has been made to buy out the fund for 92 cents/unit, above the nta of 80c. Hopefully MPS goes for it, it will free up about 2.6mil to hopefully be put to better use. Distributions have been on hold for a year and the fund was due to wind up, but was deferred, i believe the 2 properties are on the market. i note also that since the p-reit case finished, the holding has gone from 10 to 23 cents.....bit of a consolation!!
