Sadly no. Something this closely held requires bigger b***s to short than I have, especially with the prospect of a takeover. The director selling at 1.40 and 1.75 wasn't something I saw coming, either. Instos and bankers were apparently "begging" for a bigger free float (where are they now?)
FLN is not a company with a long term or complex product; their revenues are the sum of tons of small events so are a good window into how the business is doing. Your 'bad year' is actually 6-7 flat quarters which are independent measurements of the growth of the business or lack thereof. We'll see over the next couple quarters. I doubt management are sitting on their hands.
