I think this is a good candidate for a take over , i believe at 1.5 - 1.7 / share matt barrie and his crew would MOST LIKELY sell. For Chinese investors 800 Million would be a small sum for a company that has international exposure and a MAYBE hugh future potential !! (if the right ideas and software are implemented) ACONEX is also sold ! Long term for this company could be bad if they dont invest fast in better software, if other market places or big tech firms come up with new solutions and more automatization then the fees for a marketplace as this one could go down... once this happens they all move to the new market place...
