I haven't really seen any evidence of that, I note fiverr is offering discounts every week, and have never encountered toptal except a media story about their lack of traditional offices.
The share price movement in FLN has been on almost no news, just a quarterly that was a bit subdued. If the next one is a bit slow too, and there is no commentary explanation, I'll be looking then.
Otherwise, I have taken this as a buying opportunity.
