It's still a market where real profit is not quite there even with a large number of clients. It serves the bottom of the market but grabbing a 5% cut of that action with competitors circling won't make you billions. A value of 700 million seems quite absurd.
The owners do not care what the share price will be over the next few years as this listing is a marketing and HR exercise.
The only plus is someone wanted to buy the business for 400 million.
