Revenue of $18m sounds ok, however my understanding is that around 90% + of revenue is paid to the freelancer, while charging fees to both sides (employer/freelancer around around 6%
$18m @ 6% = $1,080,000 (Gross income)
Of that I assume overheads are fairly minimal?
On second thought, I think the market cap based on recent figures is high.
Cash will be say $12-$15m so might be acquisition time?
Any thoughts?
