FWIW re taking FLN private;
The 2 major shareholders collectively own ~ 80% of FLN.
At current prices an additional 10% (~ 45M shares) is worth ~ A$10M.
ASX creep rule allows the acquisition of 3% of the voting rights every six months. Theoretically it could take them < 1 year to reach the 90% hurdle.
However, the average daily volume of ~ 72K shares means it would likely take > 2 years. But that can be accelerated.
