The threshold has clearly moved from 50c. It seems to happen on sharp declines, especially when the SP gets near a new minimum. If there was a decline to, say, 17c (which, to be clear, I think is undervaluing FLN) we might see the MB/SC put. Although sometimes I wonder whether the end-game is to let the SP decline, line up 90% of insider holdings (MB/SC plus cronies), take it private and relaunch on another exchange, or just break it up and sell off the pieces, or a bit of both.
