Based on what I can figure out, Indeed got multipliers on revenue/EBITDA that were 6-10x worse than what Recruit was supposedly ("sources close to the deal") offering FLN, who mysteriously turned the offer down to list at 30% of the offered price.
Unless you were in the room during the negotiations, you probably know "what MB told some insider, who then told you".
