Take it private again and bring in outside investment, build it up without wasting time and resources complying with ASX requirements. Then eventually relist or sell it off to private equity.
The only question is will MB and SC acquire enough shares to kick out the rest of the shareholders or will they allow them to quietly hold onto their stake.
