The test for cervical cancer screening is HPV testing with or without Cytology. Testing for cervical cancer itself if high risk HPV is detected in the screening test it is then reflexed to Colposcopy/Histology.
Screening testing for CRC is via poo or blood tests (ELISA, DNA and now RNA) that if positive is then reflexed to Colonoscopy.
