Who cares if they still are or not.
They were and probably will again and by the looks of it from some unbiased punters the plans over in NZ are more than enough to cover QFX.

Also.
It's called foresight.
Get in early and build your brand and when the ISPs start giving more, because they will, BINGO, QFX is there and waiting.

Again anyway you cut it or what you say will have no effect on QFX as it finds success.
I hope you still post here when it's moving north??
