I think my comment last week, which you acknowledged: " with each additional white label instance, Syntonic's dependence on self-driven Freeway revenue (and the effort to directly support it) will progressively decline. With the massive customer-facing teams that these Tier 1 (and beyond) telcos have in place, why would we want to compete? ...except for the support need to be running and familiar with our own offerings."...addresses most of this.
I think today Syntonic sees its future as a technology (platform-providing) company, with focused, specialist resources. Our two apps were the reason the platform was designed in the first place, but we and the Data (read now OTT) world have moved on. GG sees our biggest opportunities now in linking telcos. And that is/will be high margin. And the best way to grow our enterprise value (massively, imo).
We are out of the Freeway app business. I wonder whether the same fate awaits our other app? If so, I think we are better focused than ever on the main prize.
Running a customer service business, while profitable, is not in the same league.
