Well lets see if they have got a grip of the situation & fixed it or not, there were no new reviews posted in Mexico for many hours, probably due to them closing Freeway down while they addressed the issue. Given Indonesia seems to have been running smoothly for weeks now, the re-charge issue seems to be more country based in origin...............
As to emailing support, that will be really interesting to watch unfold, given the huge number of emails they've already got & have failed to address for weeks now.
This needs to be a big talking point in the next Q&A. Especially after what Rahul & Gary said in the previous one.
If your customer service is crap your business is not going to flourish end of story.
