It has to do with integrating with the carrier. Obviously it will take a while for them to fully integrate due to the large variance of new customers being brought on. I think you need to think a little before getting mad at management. You're giving me the impression that you think what they're doing is easy, when it's far from it. Also, how would you even know what they have and have not addressed?
